I had to do an exchange for smaller size. The exchange was smooth. The shoes feel good. I want to order few more colors. I get compliments when I wear them.

I love these shoes these was the best investment ever and I will be getting purchasing another pair real soon I love them
I LOVE the Sorrel zero drop, wide toe box shoes. I wear a 7 but I ordered an 8. Perfect. I put them on and can't wait to walk somewhere! It's hard to buy shoes online and hope they fit and feel good. I've had some bad experiences with other companies. I didn't have to contact customer service so I can't speak about that. The shoes are amazing. I wish I would have had them on my trip to Scotland where we walked daily miles. I can't wait to get my winter boots.

I bought these primarily for work to give my feet a break from heavy boots on concrete floors. (I work in sales). These have now become my favorite pair of shoes I own. I ride my bicycle in them and wear them everywhere! I just went on a cave tour in Mammoth Cave National Park and they worked great. My feet have never hurt since switching over to these. They seriously live up to the hype. I wear a women's 9 or a men's 7.5/8 and ordered size 41. Fit perfect.
Loved them, but they're too small. Ordered a size 38 too small so I ordered a size 39 and they're a bit to small. Ordered a size 40 and they're too big. I normally take a women's size 8 in New Balance runners.
Favorite brand of shoes comfort wise as my feet sometimes swell and I have plantar fasciitis so these shoes are a game changer. I customized the shoe laces and added bling so they don’t look so orthopedic.

I gave the shoes a 3 out of 5 because of the return policy. I wanted to exchange the shoes, but the return process is expensive and more trouble than it's worth. I emailed Hobibear and they said my best bet was to keep the shoes and try to sell them. To make up for it, they did refund the original discount amount and gave me a 20% off coupon to purchase the shoes in another size. I will try to remember to update this profile when I receive the new shoes.
Didn't fit my foot as expected. And after wearing them one day I wasnt able to return them. So that was also disappointing.
I’ve been wearing traditional barefoot shoes for quite a few years. These hobbibear sneakers have a thicker soul than a traditional barefoot shoe but are great for a beginners transitional shoe. I stand on my feet all day at work and these provide the support and comfort I need.. sizing is perfect. Quality is great I love them.
Im on my feet 8 hours a day while at work, I go up and down the stairs and my feet are loving these shoes its like if I’m walking on fluffy clouds. My toes feel great with the extra space. I still go home to clean and cook dinner, and before I would need to first rest my feet and wear my slides. I will buy another pair 100%

These shoes are atleast 2 sizes too big, but it cost time and money to return that I don't have. It says they are in your regular size, but size down
I love these wide toe sneakers so much! I was having issues with my plantar fasciitis which had gotten so bad that I almost couldn’t walk without holding on to something and after wearing my new shoes for 3 days I finally realized that I was walking normal again. At this point, I swear by this brand🤗

They are very comfortable and very smooth..
I have two other pairs each size 44 that fit perfectly. This shoe is also a size 44, but my toes touch the front of the toe box and while walking push up against the front of the shoe. For this style I would need a 45 or 46.

They are adorable but about a half size too big. They are comfortable with good tread but my feet still hurt. I think that part is a me problem. I’m keeping them and giving them another chance.

I love the wide toe and style!! They are comfortable but I do feel everything I walk on so I worry they will not be comfortable for long periods. I wish the insoles were maybe thicker.

I took the suggestion on your website that the shoes run small and to size up. I'm a 9.5 US in Women. So I sized up to next size and the shoes were too big. I'm in the process of trying to return for a refund so I can order another pair..
I was very hesitant because I’ve followed a trend before and was highly disappointed, however I’m sooo glad I purchased these, they are so comfortable and that’s what I needed being I’m on my feet 5 to 6 hours a day , my toes are so free!!!! I will be purchasing more … Thank you guys so much
