OK so this is the problem. My feet. I have several Hobibear pairs of shoes. The size listed as Size 14 sometimes comes as EU47 and sometimes comes as EU 48. The EU48 shoes are lovely for me. The EU47 are a bit squeezy for my long toes. It would be great if you listed sizes in the form that you are going to send them. So it is not a lottery.

I love the Hobibear sneakers. I now have 3 different pairs. My only gripe is the sizing difference in styles. The first pair I ordered fit perfectly! The next 2 pair, one was to big, and the other a little tight. But I will continue to wear and order more as they are a great shoe! Plenty of room in the toe box.

Your sizing was off and they are not meant for a larger circumference foot. I did not appreciate the run around and many emails trying to not get information on returning it for a different size. The return process was far too complicated and time consuming with having to send back through the Kentucky, USA office. As of August the custom rules have changed along with all the additional fees that are now added on top of the shipping. It was way more expensive to send them back than what. paid for them. I decided not to exchange them obviosly. I will never buy from Hobibear again and I will certainly not encourage anyone to buy from you.
The size is not true. I wear 9 and got the nine wore the shoes to work and within a couple of hours my feet were in such pain I can't wear them anymore. I know I can't return a worn item. So I have to now suck up the cost I paid

The production quality of the shoes was fine but they were not wide enough. I chose Hobibear because they promoted wide fit with extra sole. However, they are not wide enough. I have previously purchased the "Widestep" brand which is wide enough but does not have enough sole. I have rheumatoid arthritis which affects my feet and need a little more sole than the standard wide fit zero drop shoes. After all that, my daughter has a new pair of shoes 😄

The shoes fit terribly, even with the inserts out. I gave them away by leaving them in a Greenwood MS Walmart shopping cart after I was done with it. It’s normally a crapshoot buying shoes online. This time was no different. Waste of money, which I doubt I will repeat.
Love these shoes!!! They are very comfortable and cute. This is my third pair. I wear a 7.5 so I got a size 39. Perfect fit!!!! The only complaint that I have is that it didn't come with the shoe box like my other pairs did. Other than that, no complaints about the shoe itself. I highly recommend just for the cuteness alone.
This pair seems to have a slightly different feel and is a little too tight. The seam to the shoestring inside rubs against the top of my foot. I believe a size larger in this style would have been a better fit for me in this style.
