Unfortunately the toggle that holds the laces in place slips even when walking, meaning that your feet slide around. This is meant to be a trail runner, but due to this they are basically unusable as a running shoe.

I love being able to wear sneakers again! My feet have swollen due to veinous insufficiency so it has been difficult to find sneakers that I could wear all day. Plus, they look sharp!! I would recommend them!
I bought size 11 before and this size 11 is smaller. Crushes my toes and I can't afford a new pair.

Fourth pair of Hobibears, first Stratus. I've had only athletic models, no barefoot. These are slightly heavier than the Dusk, and the sole feels sturdier, which is good for rocky trails. The fit is right, and as usual, these are comfy. The only thing I don't like is the lacing system. I'd much prefer regular laces over the tightening cord, which predictably loosens after a while.
I was skeptical about how these would support me for everyday wear. They have been great for walking. They don't cause me any foot pain, back pain or hip pain, which I usually get if I don't wear proper shoes. I will definitely be buying more pairs for work where I'm on my feet all day!
Love my new shoes! All other womens shoes do not fit as I like these as i can easily wear the black ones with my dress pants for work.... win! Now I need you to create comfortable womens flat dress shoes so i can wear my dresses again. I have diabetes so i am deathly afraid of getting blisters and injuries to my foot.
They are comfortable and I certainly like the wider toe area. I broke my Talus in my ankle in 2008 and it has been troublesome at times with having the support and ability to allow my foot to be properly supported through the ball of my foot without the crowding of toes. I would recommend the lacing be re-thought however, as they do not stay tight at all. The cord lock is not able to hold the thin cord in a tight enough hold. If it were thicker cord it might work better. The heel area has a nice wide area to provide stability on the tread which prevents rolling of my ankle.
Love the design, way too small compared to other Hobibear shoes I’ve purchased in the same size. Going to have to return them.

I ware 10.5 and I bought a different pair and they were to small toe right at the end so I got 11 in these ones and they work out better

I do not get many choices where to practice, usually on concrete. And these Hobie Bear wide toe shoes not only fit my broad feet and toes, but they also provide excellent cushioned support over an unforgiving surface like concrete

I love the look and feel. The cream look is crisp. I bought this for walking and so far my feet, knees and hips love them. I wish y’all provided a traditional lace back up. The cinch devise on the lace’s is just ok. Harder to clean than I thought it would be. Overall great purchase and I might try a different color.

I didn’t realize how much white would be on the shoe. I don’t really like the color. The first pair of brown shoes Ivgot are great but these are a bit blah.
For future reference to myself, I would just size up a half size. Otherwise I like them. I just can’t wear them for too long because the tips of my toes push up against the shoe.

The fit is great & my feet do not feel cramped. However they are not an all day wear shoe. After 10hrs at work my feet hurt so bad i can baely walk. Think it needs better insoles or I need to not work so many hours!

Comfortable I am a health care worker and I work more than 14 hours, I usually wear 38 but I ordered 40. So I recommend that use two size up if you want to feel more comfortable.
I ordered a 13 but they seem to send a 12 which is fine just not what I ordered.
I have a very high end step so it was difficult for me to put my new shoes on. I had to loosen the laces as much as I could and use a shoe horn to force my foot in. Once the foot was in the shoe it was very comfortable I can walk without pain. They do slide up and down on my heel and her snug across my bunion.
They look really good! Barefoot shoes came a long way. Although I wish there less cushion so that my feet could feel the ground like traditional Barefoot shoes. Great design though👌🏾 fit very well my toes have space! 47 EU
