I adore my cowpeas and I can confirm the foot feel is consistent with the barefoot style of hobibear's I already own (hyacinth). However I followed the tip from the website (not reviews but the actual item listing) that the style runs small and ordered a size up -- they are definitely big and I should have ordered my normal size. But the style and comfort are unbeatable.

The shoes definitely look good and have quality to them, just the material inside the shoe on your foot does feel the greatest, kinda like you're walking on a bricks especially at the heel. The heel is super stiff and the drop is cool but the heel shouldn't be so stiff if the forefoot is so flexible
