The shoes themselves are nice and comfy. My one complaint is the straps are way too long. The part that goes over your ankle is too long even after adjusting the velcro side. I had to get them shortened to fit properly. I would recommend that the company use a different strap design that allows for better length adjustments.
I love the shoe but the size was too big. I try to exchange them but received no answer. I would love to exchange them to a smaller size.
Hobibear sizing chart conversion is inaccurate. Their ‘fix’ is offering a small refund for you to keep the wrong size, then re-buy another pair. Seems like a way to inflate sales, but it’s not an acceptable/accessible solution. Otherwise the shoes are cute.
