The shoes themselves seem great. Was told they run large and to downsize. Unfortunately, they are too short. Probably would be my favorite shoes otherwise.

Be better at sizing. Recomend a bigger size than your sizechart. And when people wish to return an item let them instead of offering discount codes and ignoring ones wishes. Don't pose as a german site when you ask people to return an item to USA. I would never have bought them knowing how lousy the whole interaction with your company has been.

The only thing I would change is the laces are so long. I am not sure what to do with the excess. This is my second pair of Hobibear and they are comfortable, well made and stylish.

Very comfortable and help my toes have the freedom to move. I wear the on my walking treadmill at work, and after 10 hours on my feet standing and walking, my feet still felt great. The easy on/off is also helpful for my no-shoes-inside household.
